Artificial Intelligence Powered Trade Promotion Audit
One of the leading health and personal care brands had planned a promotional campaign offering bonus packs at a promotional price in the face of some intense competition from its rival brand. Our customer (Team Leader for the brand at a retail chain) had worked with a major retailer to put up pallet displays with eye catching graphic skirts across all its stores nationwide. Our customer has often seen poor sales lift across 30-40% stores for such campaigns in the past. Snap2Insight was tasked to verify quality of execution nationwide and identify stores with incomplete execution or no execution. Leveraging our partnership with a leading crowdsourcing vendor, we quickly gathered photos of displays from every single store and using our patent pending Deep Learning technology, we analysed them to recognise SKUs stocked, present of graphic skirt, promotional price and type of display put up. Artificial Intelligence Powered Shelf Execution Audit
A large nutritional drink brand was having a promotional campaign offering instant discounts for a product line across all stores of two different retail chains. Our customer (category manager for the CPG brand) had two flavours, each in single pack and multi-pack, four SKUs in total. Promotional campaign offered $1 OFF instant redemption coupon (IRC) on the single pack and $2 OFF coupon on multi-pack. Our customer has had execution challenges with such campaigns in the past, primarily in terms of completion rates and quality of execution. Snap2Insight was tasked to verify quality of execution and identify stores with incomplete execution or no execution. Leveraging our partnership with a leading crowdsourcing vendor, we quickly gathered shelf photos from every single store and using our patent pending Deep Learning technology, we analysed shelf photos to recognise every single product facing to SKU level and match with appropriate coupon. A large retailer is having a category reset across all its stores nationwide. Our customer (retail execution manager for a large CPG brand) has 20 SKUs (including 6 new products) that are affected by this shelf reset. He has always known that store level distribution gaps are high value execution problems that are tedious to find and very error prone when audited manually.
